Bring your family and celebrate the holiday season at the Canadian Museum of Human Rights! Join in our activities for all ages and explore human rights stories from around the world.
Children aged 12 and under can visit the Museum for free from December 23, 2017 to January 7, 2018. and be sure to join on on December 28 & Dec 29th for our Grandmothers Giving Back events!
Mark your calendars! Grand River Grannies Present : The Progressive Euchre Night Series, Thursdays ( Feb 1, 15, March 1, 15, & 29) at Tansley’s Coffee Emporium! Tickets are $10.00 a person per game and can be purchased at the Coffee Emporium located on 41 Main St.S St. George or by contacting Deb Cox at 519-209-2682
Join the VanGogos for their annual Pub Night Fundraiser at Milltown Bar and Grill! Tickets are $25 (includes a burger, fries and a beer).
Join the Victoria Grandmothers for Africa and walk, bike, swim,& exercise your way from Gaborone, Botswana to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Along the way, visit the projects supported by the Grandmother to Grandmother campaign of the Stephen Lewis Foundation.
Bring up to 6 gently used books and exchange them for p to 6 “new to you” books! Admission is free and voluntary donations will be accepted at the door
The Old Orchard Blossoms are selling tickets to all performances on the last two weekends of March of Lear Incorporated put on by the North Toronto Players at the Papermill Theatre. Please see the flyer for exact dates, times and how to buy tickets through the Old Orchard Blossoms. A portion of all tickets sold by the Blossoms will go to the Grandmothers Campaign.
