Join For the Love of Grandmothers Fitness Challenge! Take an activity you already do, like walking, jogging, hiking, swimming playing pickle ball – whatever you love to do. Set yourself a challenge and do it more, farther, harder, faster. Or join an established fitness challenge like the Sun Run, Gran Fondo etc. Dedicate your effort to a grandmother you love.
