Enjoy a delicious Lunch prepared by In Grandmothers’ Hands Huronia using African-inspired recipes. We will be serving at the Midland Legion starting at noon. There is no charge for lunch but donations are gratefully accepted! All proceeds go to the Grandmothers to Grandmothers Campaign of the Stephen Lewis Foundation.

Pull out your poodle skirts and blue suede shoes and dance to live ’60s music, at the Edmonds Community Centre. Live music featuring Rainshadow and Louise & Greg Weir band, cash bar, and prizes for best costume. Doors open at 7 pm and tickets are $20. All proceeds from tickets sold by Burnaby Gogos go to the Grandmothers Campaign. We will also be selling handmade crafts. Rockin’ for Burnaby non-profits is a multi-charity fundraiser.
