DESCRIPTION:What better way to celebrate Valentine’s Day than by starting with a relaxing yoga session with loved ones and friends. Grannies Aid for Africa\, Hudson are hosting a morning of regenerative yoga with Maureen Ruiter\, followed by a light breakfast consisting of delicious home baked goodies. Begin this weekend with peace\, compassion and love in your hearts! \nGrannies Aid for Africa\, Hudson has been working for 15+ years to raise funds for the Stephen Lewis Foundation’s Grandmothers to Grandmothers Campaign. The Stephen Lewis Foundation‘s community-led partners are building a future free from AIDS by providing care and support to women\, children orphaned by AIDS\, grandmothers\, LGBTIQ communities and people living with HIV and AIDS.
