DESCRIPTION:Would you like to join our one hour Virtual Gentle Yoga Sessions with instructor Bob Ryan\, who is generously donating his time to do these two sessions. Bob is a retired teacher who has been teaching yoga and movement classes for many years. All you need is a yoga mat and comfy clothing to join in. You will need to join online and make a donation for one or two classes (suggested donation for one class is $15 and two classes is $25) and SLF will give you a tax receipt for anything over $20.
