SUMMARY:Virtual Stride to Turn the Tide (Multi-Day)
DESCRIPTION:Members of Rayanna’s Hope for Africa plan to do a variety of activities to accumulate enough kilometres to walk from south to north Malawi\, the home of Rayanna. Along the way\, we will learn about the grandmothers in the country\, and the community support groups working with the grandmothers and grandchildren there! We plan to have a weekly newsletter tracking our progress and providing interesting information and pictures of the places we “visit” and the people we “meet”! All are welcome to join! Our Stride will go from April 15 to May 31.

SUMMARY:Grandmothers' Actions for Africa (Multi-Day)
DESCRIPTION:The GANG in Edmonton is hosting a 15 week event to raise awareness\, create community and raise money. Members are encouraged to identify an action that will work for them and request donations for the campaign. The actions can be walking\, biking\, knitting\, baking\, reading\, gardening….etc. whatever is doable. We will celebrate the 15 African countries week by week and celebrate our accomplishments every week. A fun way to work and play together.
