Conversation & Learning: Celebrating International Women’s Day at SLF

The Diversity, Inclusion, Recruitment and Retention (DIRR) Committee and SLF staff invite you to spend the day with us, in person, at the SLF office!
Join us for this FREE event in the morning to mix and mingle and hear from SLF staff about their work. You’ll be joined by Senior Leadership, Development and Program Teams and will hear about what the DIRR team has been working on.
In the afternoon, you will get a chance to meet the speakers for the Contemporary African Voices event, Alpha Nkuranga, a Rwandan-Canadian writer, in conversation with Garvia Bailey, followed by a Q&A. The webinar will be shot live in the office with you as the studio audience.
Donations are welcomed for the Contemporary African Voices event.
Please bring a bagged lunch. Light refreshments will be provided.
