Grandmothers Partnering with Africa presents a Somali/Fusion Cook-a-long with Xawaash restaurant Chefs
Join Abdullahi and Leila for a virtual cooking class. Somali food is simple. It relies on fresh ingredients and a balance of aromatic spices. This is an opportunity to participate in a hands-on Somali cooking experience and have a delicious dinner to eat at home the same evening. The session will be recorded and sent to you the day after the class, so if you prefer, you can relax and watch and then prepare the recipes at your leisure. Shopping lists, recipes and other information will be sent to you a week before the event.
