The Fourth and Final Polar Plunge

It’s her fourth and final plunge! Come cheer on our Intrepid 80-year old Grandma Gail as she plunges into Lake Ontario’s frigid waters. Join the Kingston Grandmother Connection Polar Plunge Party at noon, New Year’s Eve, Tuesday December 31, 2024 at Portsmouth Olympic Harbour.
Bring your bling, join the fling. Gail does her water-dance to raise funds to support African grandmothers caring for their grandchildren orphaned by the AIDS epidemic. Toetally show your support – dip your 10 toes into the water. Or stay warm and dry and dance with us on shore.
Families and kids, neighbours and passers by, all are welcome to join in the fun and help us raise funds. We accept donations on-site by credit or debit, cash, or cheque. Donations of $20 and over are eligible for a charitable tax receipt. If you can’t be there in person, you can still donate through e-transfer by following instructions on our website: g2gkingston.ca. All proceeds to the Stephen Lewis Foundation’s Grandmothers to Grandmothers Campaign https://stephenlewisfoundation.org.
