– esteemed public speaker on the history of the First Nation
– has successfully settled four land claims
Mohamed Kassim – Professor Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology
– taught African and world history at UofT and Brock University
– co-editor of Servants of The Sharia: The Civil Register Of The Qadi’s Court Of Brava 1893-1900 – a comprehensive volume covering a wide range of issues in Southern Somalia and the Swahili coast
