Victoria Grandmothers for Africa Cycle Tour 2021 – Go Anywhere From Anywhere (Online, Multi-Day, Last Day)

VG4A’s 15th annual Cycle Tour will again be a Covid-style individualized tour lasting for four weeks. Cyclists do not have to be members of a Grandmothers group. They can ride conventional bicycles, unconventional bikes, e-bikes or even stationary bikes. All women 55 or over are welcome, from beginner to veteran. Each cyclist will set their own personal target for the period from August 14th to September 10th and report their weekly kilometres to their team captain. As the grand total of kilometres grows, participants will be guided on a virtual tour of sub-Saharan African to meet some of the women working for the community-based organizations they are supporting.
