Yoga in Support of African Grandmothers (In Person, Online)

We invite you to join us for a 1-hour yoga class where you can stretch,
energize, and relax during a nurturing gentle practice that fosters deep
well-being. All levels are welcome. No experience is necessary.
The class will be taught by Joanne Gormley, a long time teacher in the
community, and a member of Grannies for Good, a chapter of the
Grandmothers to Grandmothers Campaign of the Stephen Lewis
Foundation.
