Yoga Morning and Breakfast

An hour of regenerative yoga with Zoe Baulne, followed by a light breakfast consisting of yoghurt, homemade muffins and tea/coffee. Come join the Hudson Grannies for a morning of relaxation, reflection and great camaraderie! An update on the latest news from SLF will also be given.
